
Yes, the best thing about the theatre is seeing the show … but you know what the next best thing is? The food! I love meeting up with friends before the show to talk about how excited we are over a good meal.
On this list are some great suggestions on where to eat in London before going to the theatre. To make it easier, I’ve even set it out by each individual theatre and in alphabetical order. I’ve also put two suggestions – one, if you’re looking for some place a bit more fancy and another if you’re on more of a budget. Some of the restaurants I’ve suggested also do something called a pre-theatre menu where they offer a set menu for a set price. I’ve put a ‘P’ next to these for yout reference.
