From boozy adult playgrounds to secret rooftop gardens, here’s the ultimate list of London’s best rooftop and outdoor bars. The Kensington Olympia location is on the roof of the grand Victoria Olympia. This botanical retreat has floor to ceiling glass walls offer amazing panoramic views of the city. Situated in London Waterloo, Bar Elba’s rooftop offers views of many of London’s well-known landmarks. Located atop the Bold Tendencies multi-story car park, Franks Café is a vast public space where everyone is welcome. Bold Tendencies is a not-for-profit arts organisation started in Peckham in 2007.
