Places that serve one type of thing is sometimes a real blessing. It saves the dreaded moment you can’t decide and end up having serious food envy when your friends looks better than yours.
Flat Iron is possibly London’s trendiest and cheapest steak place.
They specialise in all things steak and meat, and you’ll rarely see without a queue down the street. With quality this good there’s no question why.
For £10 you get a gorgeous restaurant, a flat iron steak that arrives sliced on its own hot plate, and a side salad.
As well as free popcorn and your own meat cleaver. What’s not to love!
You can’t go wrong with ordering the signature flat iron (cooked medium), with a sauce and a side or two to share (or not!)
Check this lot out…
Triple cooked chips.
And the signature steak.
One thing to note is you can’t book a table, and being so popular may have to wait a little while. On the bright side, there’s 4 of them in central London and it’s definitely worth the wait.
You’d be hard pressed to find a steak of that good quality around here for £10. So if you’re on a budget but fancy a good steak. this place is for you!
P.S While you’re waiting, make sure you order a house fizz (lemon and lime!)
