If you’re a fan of filthy brunches, big burgers, dirty hot dogs and lethal cocktails, this is somewhere that’ll right up your alley.
First things first, Dirty Bones is not somewhere to go a relaxed, elegant dinner for two. It’s lively, buzzing and downright noisy. Just what you would expect from somewhere serving American style food like deep-fried mac and cheese balls, dirty dogs and chicken ‘n’ waffles.
They’ve got 3 sites to choose from which are all quite different.
High Street Kensington is the original and hidden in a basement (You wouldn’t find it if you weren’t looking). Shoreditch where the cool kids hang out and the one we’re at right now – Kingly Court in Carnaby Street. A quirky little hub of restaurants and bars in the centre of London.
Along with everything else, one of the most popular dishes on the menu is the Mac Daddy Burger. Mac and cheese. On top of pulled beef short rib. On top of a burger. OMG.
If that’s not dirty enough for you, you could add some dirty fries for extra filth. Covered in cheese, hot sauce and cactus salsa.
As well as all that good food, they do live music Thursday – Sunday be it a band or DJ set so if you’re looking for a night out and food, this is the place.
They started doing brunch a few months ago which has taken London’s brunch scene by storm. If you google a picture of dirty bones crumpets you’ll see what the fuss is about.
Kingly Court is such a lovely setting. If Dirty Bones isn’t your thing then there are so many different restaurants so you’re sure to find one you like.
