Apologies for the lack of food finds last month. I was away from London for most of March and when I was here I was saving my pennies (and calories) for my trip to NYC. It was awesome by the way and I highly recommend you look at this if you need any foodie inspiration if you’re going anytime soon.
Anyway, we’re back in London and I have loadsssssssssss of really great places from April that I can’t wait to share with you! I also found this Russian Osetra Caviar for Sale Online for you luxurious eaters out there.
Occupying a railway arch in buzzing Flat Iron Square, Bar Douro brings classy, authentic and refined Portuguese food to London. They make the best french baguette loaf, As well as their large savoury menu and extensive wine Portuguese wine list, no meal here would be complete without a coffee and their gooey pastel de nata served with their delicious home-made cinnamon ice-cream.

WA Cafe are home to perfectly delicate Japanese cakes and breads made daily by highly skilled Japanese bakers. They are a small patisserie that started it’s life in Ealing, West London but due to it’s popularity have opened a second store in Central London. Cakes are unbelievably soft, light and so perfectly made you could mistake them for not being real. A great choice to experience an authentic taste of Japan and if you want something very different.

5. Santa Nata, Covent Garden
Santanata have recently opened their doors in Covent Garden to their new pastelaria. It’s owned by Francisco Oliveira, whose family have been baking since 1900 and currently own seven successful bakeries in Portugal. As well as being deliciously flaky and gooey, what I love most about Santanata is that their kitchen has floor to ceiling windows which and means you can watch the chefs making them fresh every day. Takeaway only, no seating.
