It’s no secret that I love Nutella. Do you know what else I love? A ridiculously easy recipe that delivers! That’s what I have for you today. My 3 ingredient Nutella cookies are probably the easiest cookies I’ve ever made. Yes, 3 ingredients, one bowl, no fuss! Not only that, they are probably the best cookies I’ve ever made. I was shocked at the result given how easy it was. They were crispy on the outside but still soft in the middle with a subtle Nutella flavour running through them. Perfection. It’s a great one to do with kids too given its very minimal fuss with maximum impact. Believe me, anyone can make these cookies. Below is the recipe to follow. Hope you enjoy them!
- 350g jar of Nutella (room temp – not too hot, not too cold)
- 150g plain flour
- 1 egg
- Heat the oven to 180°C
- Add the jar of Nutella, flour, and egg to a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Take some of the dough and roll it in your hands to form a small ball a bit smaller than a golf ball.
- Put your dough balls onto a baking sheet and press down on the cookies until they are quite flat. With a regular cookie recipe, you wouldn’t press them down much because the dough spreads a lot due to the butter in the recipe. As there is no butter in this recipe, the cookies don’t spread much during baking. I like to press them a little with a fork as it gives a little bit of decoration on top of the cookie.
